The Arts Foundation of Cape Cod presents the TD Banknorth Pops by the Sea concert every August, featuring the only Cape Cod appearance of the Boston Pops Esplanade Orchestra and conductor Keith Lockhart. The annual TD Banknorth Pops by the Sea concert is the main fundraiser for the Arts Foundation of Cape Cod, and is a summertime tradition for thousands of families.

The Arts Foundation of Cape Cod publishes a comprehensive annual guide to the local arts and culture scene in the Everything Arts Cape Cod Guide, published twice a year by Cape Cod Life Magazine in the early summer and mid-summer Arts Editions.
The Passport to the Arts offers discounted admission to 40 Cape Cod theaters, museums, historical sites, and performance centers.

The Arts Foundation supports the artists and cultural community of Cape Cod through grants distributed twice each year. In 2005-2006, the Arts Foundation of Cape Cod provided over $62,500 to artists and cultural organizations in the form of grants, distributed twice each year.

The Arts Foundation of Cape Cod presents free outdoor weekly concerts throughout July and August, the Citizens Bank Summer Concert Series, in Eastham, Dennis, Hyannis, Osterville, Sandwich, and Falmouth.
